Disability Support Worker

Enablely is seeking compassionate, reliable and motivated Disability Support Workers to join our Supported Independent Living team in Bega, NSW.We are ideally looking for a long-term, full-time team member who wants stability and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with participants. About the RoleAs a SIL Disability Support Worker, you will support participants with daily living, personal care, independence-building and community participation within a safe and respectful home environment.You will work as part of a team to provide consistent support across shift work, which may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, public holidays and sleepover shifts where required.Your role will focus on helping participants maintain routines, develop life skills, work toward their personal goals, and feel safe, respected and supported in their home.
