  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, or live chat channels.
  • Utilise Salesforce to record, track, and manage customer interactions and data accurately.
  • Provide detailed information about our financial products and services, ensuring clients are well-informed.
  • Analyse customer feedback and queries to identify common issues and suggest improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of current financial regulations and company policies.
  • Follow up with clients post-interaction to ensure their needs have been met and foster ongoing relationships.
  • Contribute to team meetings by sharing insights gained from customer interactions.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Strong analysis skills to interpret customer data and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organised with keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks undertaken.

Pay: £34,420.00-£48,774.30 per yearBenefits:
