Looking for full time position as a Area Manager at our stores located in the Bay of Plenty RegionNeed at minimum 2 years work experience or a relevant business / management qualificationPay rate $32 to $35 per hourBurgerFuel Tauranga is looking for an experienced Area Manager to oversee the performance and day-to-day operation of three stores located in Tauranga, Papamoa, and Bethlehem.This is a hands-on leadership role working closely with Store Managers to ensure each store is operating efficiently, meeting performance targets, and maintaining high standards across customer service, product quality, and cleanliness. About the RoleYou will be responsible for supporting and managing Store Managers across multiple locations, helping drive consistency, performance, and team development across the group.This role focuses on improving store results, maintaining standards, and ensuring all locations are operating effectively. Job Description General Duties:

• Oversee the smooth operation of three BurgerFuel stores
• Work closely with Store Managers to monitor and improve store performance
• Review weekly sales, labour, and cost of goods results across all stores
• Provide guidance and support to Store Managers on staffing, operations, and performance
• Run regular Store Manager meetings to review results and set priorities
• Support recruitment, training, and development of staff across all stores
• Ensure consistency in service standards, product quality, and store presentation
• Monitor stock levels and support forecasting and ordering processes
• Identify local marketing opportunities and support implementation
• Ensure all stores comply with health and safety and food safety requirements
• Liaise with Head Office and communicate relevant information to Store Managers
