Hectre is an agritech software company that provides orchard management and fruit quality solutions to help fruit growers improve harvesting, tracking, payroll, and packing operations through AI and computer vision technology. Sales Operations Lead at HectreThe role is based in Auckland and reports directly to the CEO. The focus is on improving Hectre’s sales performance through automation, AI-powered workflows, pipeline management, forecasting, pricing strategy, and sales coaching systems. Main responsibilitiesIncrease new-customer conversion rates and improve sales funnel performance.Build AI-driven sales workflows using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier, n8n, HubSpot, and call-intelligence platforms.Automate CRM updates, proposal generation, contract workflows, and reporting.Improve forecasting, pipeline visibility, and sales discipline across regions.Develop pricing and regional growth plans, including LATAM expansion initiatives.Create board-level reporting for the CEO covering pipeline, conversion, revenue velocity, and pricing performance. SKILLS:Strong sales operations, revenue operations, or business operations capability.Experience with CRM platforms (especially HubSpot), analytics, dashboards, and automation.Comfortable with AI tools and workflow automation.Strong spreadsheet and/or SQL skills.Ability to work closely with executives and sales leaders.Auckland-based and available to work regularly from the office.Pay: From $10,800.00 per monthBenefits:
