A premier Physical Therapy chain dedicated to patient-centered care is seeking a full-time, licensed Physical Therapist in Queens, NY. We provide individualized care plans focused on orthopedic rehabilitation, post-operative recovery, and chronic pain management within a collaborative outpatient setting. In This Dynamic Role, You Will:
Provide expert outpatient orthopedic care, including post-operative rehabilitation and chronic pain management.
Develop personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans tailored to patient needs and outcomes.
Manage multi-visit treatment plans with a strong focus on patient engagement and continuity of care.
Collaborate with physicians, wellness professionals, and rehabilitation staff to support holistic patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with clinic standards.
Pursue ongoing professional growth through mentorship, clinical specialization, and leadership development opportunities.
To Be Successful in This Position, You Must Possess:
Active New York Physical Therapist (PT) license or currently in the licensure process.
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting.
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree preferred; Master's degree accepted.
Strong clinical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
Hospital affiliations that support referral relationships are highly preferred.
Board certifications, professional memberships, or published work are considered a plus.
Familiarity with online scheduling platforms such as Zocdoc is advantageous.
Bilingual abilities, particularly Arabic, are preferred.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, with at least 2 Saturdays per month.
Compensation:
Full-time salary: $85K $105K
