Dog Groomer

Barkly's & Co are seeking an experienced and paw-loving groomer to join our luxury pet salon in Kogarah. The successful candidate's primary role will be to provide grooming services to an array of fur-babies and to assist in the day-to-day running of our luxe salon. https://www.instagram.com/barklys_co/ Part-Time/Full-Time/Casual roles will all be considered dependant on the level of experience of the successful candidate. Why choose Barkly's & Co? - Young and fast growing business with strong potential for professional growth - Top of the range grooming equipment & salon environment - Potential for bonus plan on top of remuneration package - Friendly staff and beautiful location The successful candidate will need: - Minimum of 1 years grooming experience (cat grooming skills highly regarded but not essential). -Ability to groom min 6 grooms per day (more with assistance) - Grooming qualifications are highly regarded. - Excellent understanding and execution of correct grooming techniques with a focus on scissoring. - Strong knowledge of dog breeds and correct breed grooming standards for a variety of coats and sizes. - Meticulous attention to detail with regards to grooming, hygiene and safety practices. - A genuine love for all kinds of puppers Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual PAY- $30-$45 p/h depending on skill level Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual Pay: $30.00 – $45.00 per hour Benefits:
