People & Culture Director The People & Culture Director leads the organisation’s people strategy and supports a high-performance, values-driven workplace. This role is responsible for shaping culture, driving employee engagement, and ensuring best-practice HR policies and practices across the full employee lifecycle. Key responsibilities

Pay: $92.19 – $121.70 per hour Benefits:

- Develop and implement the People & Culture strategy aligned to business goals.
- Provide strategic advice to senior leaders on HR, employee relations, and organisational development.
- Lead recruitment, retention, performance management, and leadership capability initiatives.
- Oversee culture, change management, employee engagement, and wellbeing programs.
- Ensure compliance with employment law, workplace health and safety, and internal policies.
- Manage grievances, investigations, and complex people matters with professionalism and discretion.
Key requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Significant senior HR or People & Culture leadership experience, typically 5+ years.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation, industrial relations, and HR best practice.
- Excellent leadership, communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using HR systems and data to support decision-making is an advantage.
