• When necessary, help with food preparation while following food safety guidelines.
• Keep the front of house space, including the tables and service stations, tidy and well‑organised.
• Work together with the culinary crew to guarantee a seamless service flow.
• Respond to consumer questions and properly address any concerns or grievances.
• As needed, assist with catering events, making sure every little detail is done well.

Skills

• It is crucial to have prior experience working in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Strong familiarity with food safety laws and procedures.
• Experience working as a barista or in catering is highly preferred.
• Outstanding interpersonal abilities with an emphasis on customer service.
• Capacity to function effectively under pressure in a hectic setting.
