• Prepare and set tables to ensure a welcoming and organised dining environment
• Greet guests warmly, present menus and beverage lists, and provide recommendations as needed
• Accurately take food and drink orders and communicate them efficiently to kitchen and bar staff
• Provide wine, cocktail and spirit pairing recommendations and assist guests in making informed choices
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction
• Open and serve wine and other make other beverages by service standards
• Clear tables, return dishes and cutlery to the kitchen, and maintain overall cleanliness of the dining area
• Remove empty bottles and used glassware from tables; refill or replace as needed
• Process customer payments using POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
