About the RoleCheriton Homecare is seeking experienced and reliable Care Assistants who are currently working in the United Kingdom on a Skilled Worker visa and are looking for additional hours.This role is designed to provide consistent supplementary work within a well-structured and supportive care environment, delivering high-quality care to individuals in their own homes. Important Information Regarding SponsorshipApplicants must currently hold a valid Skilled Worker visa with an existing sponsor.This role is offered as supplementary employment in line with current immigration rules. Following a period of approximately three months, and subject to performance, reliability, and organisational requirements, there may be an opportunity to be considered for a transfer of sponsorship. This is not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Requirements

- Previous experience in domiciliary or community-based care
- A professional and reliable approach to work
- Strong communication skills and a clear understanding of person-centred care
- Right to work in the United Kingdom under a Skilled Worker visa
- A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential
