Accounts Payable Officer – Job Description (New Zealand)An Accounts Payable Officer manages a company's outgoing payments and supplier accounts. Typical responsibilities include:Processing and verifying supplier invoices.Matching invoices with purchase orders and receipts.Preparing and processing payment runs.Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies.Handling supplier and internal payment queries.Maintaining accurate financial records and audit documentation.Assisting with month-end reporting and account reconciliations.Using accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, SAP, or Oracle.Pay: $6,300.00 – $7,100.00 per monthBenefits:
