As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a high-performing painter who can also lead teams, manage site operations, and represent the Apex brand with confidence and care. This is a full-time role with a growing and energetic company on a competitive package. What You'll Be Doing: This role blends hands-on painting with on-site leadership. Key responsibilities include: Painting & Application

• Surface prep: patching, sanding, priming
• Interior & exterior painting using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
• Applying varnishes, protective coatings, and specialty finishes
• Maintaining tools, cleanliness, and worksite safety
• Paint & materials ordering and organisation

Leadership & Site Management

• Lead and supervise a small team of painters
• Communicate clearly with clients, site supervisors, and the office team
• Oragnise the flow of work to deliver our projects on-time, and on budget
• Track and report progress, variations, and challenges
• Ensure quality control and timely project completion
• Uphold Australian Painters Association standards on all jobs

Client-Facing & Brand Representation

• Be a positive, professional face of Apex Painting on every site
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships
• Represent our values of quality, communication, and care
