This mid-level role offers a clear advancement track for securities registry officers, banking administrators, or finance graduates ready to specialize in investment operations. Based in our corporate office, you will act as the vital link between our frontline investment advisers and our back-office clearing systems, ensuring flawless transaction execution and strict regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities:Trade Settlement & Reconciliation: Audit, process, and clear domestic and international security transactions, ensuring prompt settlement against exchange deadlines.Asset Lifecycle Administration: Manage corporate actions, dividend allocations, and multi-currency portfolio transitions across private wealth accounts.Tax Reporting & Compliance: Coordinate PIE tax calculations, foreign withholding tax adjustments, and resident withholding tax (RWT) data extraction for client reporting cycles.Operational Risk Escalation: Identify transaction breaks, settlement failures, or compliance anomalies, escalating them immediately with clear diagnostic notes to senior risk and clearing managers.Adviser Platform Support: Guide regional advisory teams through account onboarding mechanics, custom asset transfers, and custodial platform tools, simplifying intricate market rules into clear workflows.
