Please share relevant profiles to srikanth@cloudingest.com Job Title: QA Lead (Salesforce) Location: San Antonio, TX (Onsite) Rate: $40/hr on W2 & $45/hr on C2C MAX! (C2C only for H1B) Communications have to be really good. Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced QA Lead with strong manual testing expertise and leadership capabilities to manage a small offshore QA team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in test management tools like qTest, along with exposure to Salesforce environments. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to drive quality across projects. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 2–3 offshore QA engineers
• Design, execute, and manage manual test strategies and test cases
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Utilize qTest for test management, reporting, and defect tracking
• Perform testing in Salesforce environments (Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud preferred)
• Support automation initiatives (good to have)
• Ensure clear communication with stakeholders and leadership

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of QA experience with lead/mentoring exposure
• Strong expertise in manual testing
• Hands-on experience with qTest (must-have)
• Experience managing offshore QA teams
• Exposure to Salesforce testing (Marketing Cloud / Data Cloud preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Nice to Have

• Automation testing experience
• Knowledge of Copado (CRT) or CI/CD tools
