- Position: Specialist Indian Curry Chef De Partie
- Employer: Prestigious Asian Weddings and Corporate Events Caterers
- Location: West London
- Gross salary: circa £38,000 + (incl. share of service charge + targeted bonus)
- Weekly hours: up to 48 hours / 5 days (to be confirmed)

ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for the skillful preparation of a range of Indian dishes at scale for prestigious Asian weddings and high-end social as well as corporate events.Qualifications
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK
- Expertise in preparing Indian cuisine dishes for large events
- Technical knowledge of ingredient quality, sourcing, measuring & formulation
- Ideal previous experience of at least 3 years in the role
- Health & Safety credentials and knowledge of HACCP protocols
- Resident within commutable distance of up to one hour
