Key ResponsibilitiesTrading Operations
- Accurately input, monitor, and manage trading orders in real time
- Ensure all trades are executed in compliance with internal policies and exchange regulations
- Communicate effectively with traders regarding order status and execution details
- Monitor market conditions and assist with order adjustments when necessary
- Maintain detailed transaction records and daily trading reports
- Identify and report operational risks, execution issues, or irregular market activities
Market Monitoring
- Monitor global financial markets and major economic events
- Track market volatility and liquidity conditions
- Assist in post-trade analysis and execution quality evaluation
Research & Process Support
- Support researchers and traders with data collection and market observations
- Assist with trading process optimization and workflow improvements
- Participate in investment discussions and internal research projects
QualificationsRequired
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Strong interest in financial markets and investing
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Ability to work flexible hours aligned with trading sessions
- Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin Chinese
Preferred
- Experience in trading, execution, operations, research, or financial markets
- Knowledge of futures, options, equities, or derivatives
- Familiarity with Python, SQL, or data analysis tools
- Understanding of portfolio management or investment research
- Experience using trading platforms and market data systems
