Job Title: US Business Analyst - Adm
Location: Jersey City, NJ – Onsite
Work Authorization: (H1B - OPT Candidates)
Experience: 5+ years.
Required skills:
Requirements Gathering & Analysis – Eliciting, documenting, and validating business and functional requirements (BRD, FRD, user stories).
Stakeholder Management & Communication – Collaborating with business users, developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
Application Maintenance & Incident Management – Handling production issues, root cause analysis (RCA), and coordinating fixes in ADM environments.
Process Mapping & Optimization – Creating workflows (As-Is / To-Be), identifying gaps, and improving system/process efficiency.
Data Analysis & Reporting – Using SQL/Excel/BI tools to analyze data, support decision-making, and validate system behavior.

Banking and Cards domain Knowledge
A resilient Business Analyst with ADM skills is a non-technical domain functional consultant who has a strong understanding and working experience with the SDLC. They excel in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation. They possess strong impact analysis and gap analysis abilities, effectively managing stakeholders and users while facilitating requirement workshops. Proficient in process and use case mapping, they analyze business cases and guide technical and vendor teams. The cornerstone of their skill set is exceptional communication and analytical skills, enabling them to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively, with the ability to liaise between lines of business and the development team. It is important to note that data analytics, ETL and business intelligence are not part of the job description
