Learn more at www.nsave.com . 📍 Location: Full-time, on-site role based in London (Shoreditch) About the Role As a Front-End Engineer (React Native) at nsave, you’ll take ownership of our mobile user experience, building intuitive, high-performance applications that our users rely on to manage and grow their wealth. You’ll work closely with our CTO, CEO, product, and design teams to craft seamless, secure, and elegant mobile experiences across iOS and Android. Who you are

• Mobile-first mindset: You specialize in building polished, high-quality mobile applications using React Native.
• React Native expert: Strong experience with React Native, TypeScript, and modern front-end architectures.
• UI/UX focused: Passionate about creating intuitive, responsive, and accessible user interfaces with great attention to detail.
• API fluent: Comfortable integrating with RESTful APIs and handling data efficiently on the client side.
• Performance-driven: Skilled at optimizing app performance, debugging, and ensuring smooth user experiences across devices.
• State management savvy: Familiar with modern state management tools (e.g., Redux, Zustand, or React Query).
• Mobile platform awareness: Understands native mobile concepts (iOS/Android), navigation, animations, and platform-specific nuances.
• Security-conscious: Aware of secure coding practices, especially when handling sensitive financial data.
• Collaborative and product-focused: You care deeply about user experience and work closely with design and backend teams.
• Curious and empathetic: Motivated to build technology that solves real problems for underserved users.

• Build world-class mobile experiences: Design and develop high-quality React Native applications that are fast, reliable, and delightful to use.
• Own the front-end architecture: Drive decisions around component structure, state management, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver impactful user-facing features.
• Deliver seamless UX: Translate designs into pixel-perfect, accessible, and responsive interfaces.
• Optimize performance: Ensure smooth interactions, fast load times, and efficient rendering across devices.
• Elevate engineering standards: Improve code quality, testing practices, and developer experience on the front-end.
• Balance speed with quality: Ship quickly while maintaining the reliability and security expected in a regulated fintech environment.
• Champion best practices: Advocate for strong testing, monitoring, and release processes in mobile development.
