Work Location: In person
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and their families
- Respond to enquiries and provide professional, compassionate customer service
- Coordinate schedules for healthcare assistants, support workers, and nurses
- Process referrals, manage appointments, and update care plans
- Maintain accurate client records and scheduling information
- Monitor service delivery and help ensure continuity of care
- Collaborate with clinical, recruitment, and operations teams
- Support quality assurance and compliance with healthcare standards
Skills & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Health Sciences, or a related field
- Experience in client services, healthcare administration, care coordination, or customer service
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling or client management systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in home care, aged care, disability support, or community healthcare
- Knowledge of New Zealand healthcare and privacy regulations
- Experience using healthcare scheduling or CRM systems
- Understanding of care coordination and workforce scheduling
