Client Services Coordinator | Laiset Healthcare Services Incorporated Help coordinate quality care and make a difference in people's lives. Laiset Healthcare Services Incorporated is looking for a compassionate and organised Client Services Coordinator to support the delivery of home and community healthcare services. You'll play a vital role in coordinating care, supporting clients and families, and ensuring exceptional service across our healthcare network. Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and their families
  • Respond to enquiries and provide professional, compassionate customer service
  • Coordinate schedules for healthcare assistants, support workers, and nurses
  • Process referrals, manage appointments, and update care plans
  • Maintain accurate client records and scheduling information
  • Monitor service delivery and help ensure continuity of care
  • Collaborate with clinical, recruitment, and operations teams
  • Support quality assurance and compliance with healthcare standards

Skills & Experience
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Health Sciences, or a related field
  • Experience in client services, healthcare administration, care coordination, or customer service
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling or client management systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in home care, aged care, disability support, or community healthcare
  • Knowledge of New Zealand healthcare and privacy regulations
  • Experience using healthcare scheduling or CRM systems
  • Understanding of care coordination and workforce scheduling
