Full Job DescriptionMosaic provides consulting and project delivery services to the Funds Management, Wealth Management, Banking and Insurance sectors. We are recognised by clients for our specialist expertise which enables us to quickly understand their issues and assist in delivering solutions. ObjectivesWe are working with one of our larger banking clients to identify Senior Technical Business Analysts to support a range of technology-driven initiatives.The overall objective of any project or work performed involving Mosaic is to provide robust, pragmatic and where possible, subject matter analysis and advice that delivers sustainable long-term customer value. What we are looking for from you:

• Working with stakeholders to define and document business and technical requirements for system and process solutions
• Translating business needs into functional and technical specifications to support development teams
• Conducting gap analysis between current systems and desired future-state capabilities
• Supporting solution design, including data, integration, and application components
• Liaising with technology teams and vendors regarding implementation, testing, and deployment of solutions
• Facilitating workshops and engaging with stakeholders across business and technology teams
• Supporting testing activities including UAT, defect management, and validation of system changes
• Providing input into delivery approaches, methodologies, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Assisting in the preparation of proposals, business cases, and solution documentation
• Reviewing and QA’ing deliverables, including requirements and estimates for medium to large initiatives
• Contributing to and adhering to Mosaic delivery standards, frameworks, and best practices

Key Requirements

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst within technology or systems-focused environments
• Proven ability to work across both business and technical stakeholders
• Experience within Financial Services (Banking, Funds Management, or Wealth Management preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to clearly document requirements, processes, and technical specifications
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments
• Understanding of system integrations, data flows, and application architecture (desirable)
• Exposure to digital, core banking, or transformation programmes (desirable)
