We pride ourselves on delivering honest, reliable, and professional automotive solutions while creating an exceptional experience for every customer.As our business continues to expand, we are seeking a motivated, organised, and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our dynamic team.The RoleAs the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service while coordinating workshop operations efficiently.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced automotive environment, has strong communication skills, and is passionate about customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a professional, friendly, and personalized customer experience
  • Manage service bookings, vehicle check-ins, and workshop scheduling
  • Prepare quotations, explain repairs and maintenance requirements clearly
  • Liaise between technicians and customers to ensure smooth workflow and timely updates
  • Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the repair process
  • Order parts and coordinate repair timelines efficiently
  • Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
  • Build strong long-term customer relationships through excellent after-service care
  • Maintain accurate job records and workshop information
  • General reception and administration duties including phone and email management
  • Ensure vehicles are completed and delivered on time as promised
  • Support workshop productivity and contribute to achieving team KPIs

Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in a Service Advisor, Reception, or Customer Service role
  • Automotive industry experience preferred but not essential — training will be provided
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities
  • Ability to multitask in a busy workshop environment
  • Professional presentation and positive attitude
  • Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills
  • Confident using computers and workshop/service management systems
  • Experience working in KPI-driven environments will be highly regarded
