With easy access to the beautiful beachside, it’s the perfect location to unwind and recharge after a busy day.We are a young and vibrant clinic, a close-knit team that takes great pride in the care and services we provide. As part of a larger group, our focus isn’t on meeting daily quotas but on making a meaningful, positive impact within our community every single day.The OpportunityThis role is ideal for an experienced Vet ready to step into greater responsibility, or someone beginning their leadership journey. You’ll be joining a boutique-style clinic with a small, supportive team, backed by a Practice Manager and Relationship Manager.You’ll lead a team of one other Vet and 2–3 nurses, with a varied caseload across consulting, surgery and team leadership.This is a 4-day work week (38 hours), with flexibility for the right candidate. There are no after-hours or on-call requirements.To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSc) or an equivalent recognised in Australia
• Experience within a senior GP role (clinical, surgical will be highly regarded)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Calm, compassionate, and professional demeanour
• High attention to detail and strong time management skills
• Leadership skills and team focused mindset
