Precious Metals Sales Consultant Position SummaryThe Precious Metals Sales Consultant is responsible for assisting customers with purchasing and selling investment-grade precious metals. The role involves providing excellent customer service, maintaining expert knowledge of bullion products, preparing quotations, processing orders, and ensuring customers receive a professional and transparent experience throughout their journey with SILVEXA. Key Responsibilities Customer Sales
  • Assist customers in selecting appropriate precious metal products.
  • Respond to enquiries via email, telephone, website live chat, and social media.
  • Explain product features, specifications, and refinery information.
  • Build customer confidence through professional advice and excellent service.
  • Generate quotations and assist customers through the purchasing process.

Product KnowledgeMaintain a strong understanding of:
  • Gold bullion
  • Silver bullion
  • Platinum bullion
  • Investment-grade bars and coins
  • Swiss refineries (PAMP, Valcambi, etc.)
  • Royal Mint bullion products
  • Live precious metal pricing

Customer Support
