We’re a performance-driven marketing agency scaling fast and building something seriously exciting, and we want ambitious people to be part of it.We’re part of the Kalnas Group, with multiple brands under our belt (and more launching), a growing team of 50+ people, and a track record of explosive growth.As we enter our next phase of scale, we are looking for a Finance Manager to take ownership of our internal financial operations, ensuring strong financial control, smooth processes, and accurate reporting across the group.This role will be central to the running of the business, supporting leadership with financial insight while ensuring the day-to-day financial operations of the company run seamlessly.The RoleThis is not just a bookkeeping position. We’re looking for someone who can own the financial operations of the business, ensuring everything from payroll to reporting is handled accurately, efficiently, and proactively.You will play a key role in supporting the leadership team with financial visibility as we continue to scale.You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing company payroll and PAYE processes
• Processing supplier payments, invoices, and financial transactions
• Managing client invoicing and revenue tracking
• Preparing and submitting VAT returns
• Overseeing day-to-day financial operations and bookkeeping
• Managing financial systems and ensuring accurate records
• Supporting monthly management accounts and reporting
• Assisting with budgets, forecasts, and financial planning
• Supporting the preparation of corporation tax and year-end accounts alongside external accountants
• Monitoring cash flow and financial performance across the group
• Processing deal documentation and ensuring revenue is recorded accurately
• Identifying opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting

This is a hands-on role with real responsibility, where your work will directly support the growth and stability of the business.What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years experience in a finance, accounts, or bookkeeping role
• Experience managing payroll, VAT returns, and invoicing
• Strong understanding of financial systems and bookkeeping processes
• Comfortable working with accountants and preparing financial documentation
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Proactive and confident working independently
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with leadership teams
• Experience with accounting software (Sage or similar)
• Experience in a fast-paced business environment preferred

Bonus (but not essential):

• AAT qualified or working toward qualification (We can support with this)
• Experience preparing management accounts
• Experience working in multi-brand or group company environments
