Business Analyst (Dutch)

Your Profile & DNA:We are seeking a Business Analyst with expertise in API integrations, business process modeling (BPMN 2.0), and data analysis. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, IT, and development teams to gather requirements, design integration solutions, optimize business processes, and deliver actionable insights through data analysis.
Roles & Responsibilities

• Gather, document, validate, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate business needs into functional and technical solutions.
• Query, manipulate, and analyze data from multiple sources to generate actionable business insights.
• Design, test, implement, and support API integrations between internal and external systems.
• Develop and maintain API documentation, integration specifications, and technical artifacts.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize API calls and data flows to ensure reliability, performance, and data accuracy.
• Analyze and improve business processes using BPMN 2.0 methodologies.
• Design and implement business process modeling solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
• Develop enterprise-wide modeling frameworks, standards, and governance practices.
• Configure and maintain business process models using Sparx Enterprise Architect.
• Deliver BPMN 2.0 training and knowledge-sharing sessions for business analysts and stakeholders.
• Support enterprise architecture initiatives by aligning business processes with technology solutions.
• Participate in testing, process validation, and solution implementation activities.

Qualification & Experience

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with strong business process analysis capabilities.
• Hands-on experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Strong experience with API integration design, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in data querying, manipulation, and analysis using SQL or similar tools.
• Expertise in Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN 2.0).
• Experience designing and implementing business process modeling solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Sparx Enterprise Architect.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and modeling frameworks.
• Strong understanding of business process optimization and governance.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Dutch.
