Work Schedule:
• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Onsite: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
• Remote: Monday & Friday

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 7–10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll implementations
• Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Fusion modules, especially Payroll
• Experience with end-to-end implementation, configuration, and production support
• Ability to work closely with business stakeholders and gather requirements
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
