Loan Processing Specialist MHQ New Zealand | AucklandHelp Kiwis Achieve Their Property GoalsMHQ is seeking a detail-oriented Loan Processing Specialist to support mortgage advisers and guide home loan applications from submission through to settlement. This role is ideal for someone with strong administration skills, a customer-focused mindset, and an interest in the financial services industry. What You'll Do?Collect and verify client financial documents and supporting information.Prepare and submit mortgage applications to lenders.Review applications for accuracy and completeness.Track applications through approval and settlement stages.Liaise with clients, banks, solicitors, valuers, insurers, and advisers.Maintain accurate records within CRM and loan processing systems.Support AML/CFT compliance and documentation requirements.Follow up outstanding lender conditions and client information.Coordinate settlement documentation and loan settlements.Provide administrative support to mortgage advisers and client service teams. What We're Looking For:Experience in mortgage administration, lending support, banking administration, or loan processing.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent communication and organisational skills.Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.Knowledge of New Zealand mortgage lending processes is advantageous.Experience with lender portals and mortgage software is preferred.Understanding of AML/CFT requirements is beneficial.Level 5 Financial Services qualification (or willingness to obtain) is an advantage.
