- Oversee daily front-of-house operations and guest service.

- Prepare and present high-quality seasonal dishes.
- Assist with menu development and kitchen management.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards.
- Manage stock ordering and kitchen organisation.
Requirements
- Relevant culinary qualifications and/or significant chef experience.
- Experience managing restaurant or hospitality operations.
- Strong food, wine, and customer service knowledge.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work across both kitchen and front-of-house environments.
- Positive attitude, initiative, and attention to detail.
