Location: Frelighsburg, QC Employer: Ferme Highle Recommended Inc Pay: $16.60/hour ⏰ Hours: 30–40 hours/week Start: As soon as possible Type: Full-time, Seasonal About the Job: We are hiring farm workers for harvesting and general farm work on an organic fruit and vegetable farm (Cucumbers, tomatoes, vegetables). This is a hands-on outdoor job in a fast-paced environment. Main Duties: Planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops Applying fertilizers and maintaining crops Hoeing between rows and crop care Sorting, grading, and packing produce Loading/unloading crates and farm products Greenhouse cleaning and maintenance Following irrigation and environmental systems General farm work as needed Work Conditions: Physically demanding work Repetitive tasks Standing for long periods Bending, crouching, kneeling Fast-paced environment Outdoor work in various weather ⚖️ Requirements: Able to lift up to 30 lbs (13.5 kg) Steel-toe boots and gloves required Reliable and punctual Team player with good work ethic Quick learner No experience required (training provided) Benefits: On-site housing available Free parking Room and board options available Who Can Apply: Canadian citizens or residents Foreign workers with or without valid work permit Apply Now: Reply directly to this ad
