Work Location: In person
- Contact inbound and outbound leads by phone, email, and digital channels
- Qualify potential clients and identify sales opportunities
- Build rapport quickly with prospective customers
- Ask the right questions to understand customer needs
- Confidently explain our services and guide customers through the next steps
- Follow up with leads to keep them engaged
- Support conversion of enquiries into sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate notes and updates in the CRM
- Work closely with the business development team to achieve sales goals
- Deliver a professional and positive customer experience
Who You Are
- Confident, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with people
- Sales-focused and motivated by targets and results
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Persuasive, resilient, and able to handle rejection professionally
- Organised and able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups
- Professional, reliable, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working in an office-based role
- Available to start immediately or soon
- On a Working Holiday Visa, or otherwise eligible to work in Australia
