The Role
- Full-time Veterinary Surgeon
- 4-day working week
- Weekend rota: 1:3 Saturdays or 1:6 full weekends
- Flexible working arrangements considered for the right candidate
- Balanced role with a mix of consultations and surgery

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality clinical care during consultations and procedures
- Provide clear, compassionate communication and updates to clients
- Prepare accurate treatment plans and cost estimates
- Maintain the highest standards of clinical, regulatory, and operational compliance
- Support, mentor, and develop colleagues where appropriate
- Complete clinical handovers and arrange transfers for OOH or enhanced care when required
- Share and promote clinical best practice within the team
Candidate Requirements
- RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon
- Minimum 3 years UK small animal practice experience
- Confident in both medical and surgical caseloads
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate clinical leadership and mentoring skills
- Experience supporting nurse consults and Schedule 3 procedures
- Interest in contributing to a progressive, collaborative clinical culture
