Job Overview
Main Responsibilities

• Welcome late-arriving guests and assist with check-ins and check-outs.
• Handle guest requests, enquiries, and room service needs during the night.
• Conduct regular security patrols and monitor CCTV systems.
• Ensure all entrances, exits, and public areas are secure.
• Carry out fire, health, and safety checks.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of reception, lobby, and public areas.
• Assist with luggage handling and guest transportation needs.
• Prepare conference rooms, prepare/cook breakfast and breakfast areas, or public spaces for the next day.
• Support night audit and administrative duties where required.
• Respond calmly and effectively to emergencies or guest complaints.
• Making room/Cleaning bedrooms if needed.

Typical Duties During a Shift

• Security rounds and building checks.
• Reception cover and telephone enquiries.
• Assisting guests with requests and luggage.
• Cleaning and setting up public areas.
• Completing overnight reports and handovers.
• Preparing the hotel for morning operations.

Experience:

• have experience using opera five and opera cloud software. : 3 years (required)
• Night auditing: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Bar Certificate (required)
