Days: Monday to Friday About Us:Dromana Dental Clinic is a well-established, fast-growing practice located on the stunning Mornington Peninsula. Known for our high-quality care and loyal patient base, we are at capacity and looking for an enthusiastic and motivated general dentist to join our friendly team. What We Offer:· Busy books – appointments consistently booked weeks in advance and a non-preferred provider practice· Modern facilities with advanced tech, including Prime Scan intraoral scanner· Intra oral and DSLR camera· Fully guided implant workflow· Rotary Endodontic system. Cloud based practice management software· Collaboration with a trusted local denture clinic· Supportive, experienced clinical and admin team· Clinical autonomy and mentoring available· Steady Patient flow with variety of clinical cases About You:
· Minimum 1 year of local experience preferred (new graduates with strong clinical ability may apply)· Commitment to build lasting relationship with the patient by providing excellent care· Sponsorship opportunities are available· Willingness to contribute to the growth of practiceThis is a fantastic opportunity to step into a busy role with consistent patient flow and long-term potential.Pay: $101,482.05 – $225,739.55 per yearBenefits:
