We are a growing transport and logistics company based in Punchbowl, NSW, looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Operations & Customer Service Coordinator to join our team.This role involves handling customer enquiries, coordinating deliveries, responding to emails, preparing transport documents, and supporting day-to-day warehouse and transport operations.Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer emails and phone enquiries
  • Coordinate deliveries and transport bookings
  • Prepare and process transport/shipping documents
  • Liaise with drivers, warehouses, and customers
  • Data entry and administrative support
  • Assist with general office and operations tasks

Requirements:
  • Good English and Chinesse communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transport, warehouse, or customer service is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Punchbowl NSW
Long-term and stable role for the right candidate.Pay: $49,900.00 – $101,836.41 per yearBenefits:
