- Respond to customer emails and phone enquiries
- Coordinate deliveries and transport bookings
- Prepare and process transport/shipping documents
- Liaise with drivers, warehouses, and customers
- Data entry and administrative support
- Assist with general office and operations tasks
Requirements:
- Good English and Chinesse communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transport, warehouse, or customer service is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
