We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Metal Fabricator / Signage Fabricator to join our team. This is a hands-on role working in a workshop environment, contributing to the production and assembly of high-quality signage and fabricated metal products Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate metal signage frames, lightboxes, brackets, and custom structures
- Read and interpret shop drawings and fabrication plans
- Cut, weld, and assemble steel and aluminium components
- MIG, FCAW and SMAW welding (as required)
- Operate workshop machinery (saws, grinders, guillotines, drills, etc.)
- Assist in assembly of signage products including illuminated signs and panels
- Carry out finishing work (grinding, polishing, surface prep)
- Support on-site installation when required
- Maintain a clean and safe workshop in line with WHS standards
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in metal fabrication or signage fabrication
- Welding experience (MIG/TIG preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team
