We are seeking a motivated and well-organised individual to join our team at Harper Adams University. The University supports one of the highest proportions of disabled students in UK higher education, and this role is key to ensuring an excellent student experience. Working closely with a friendly and experienced team, you will act as the main point of contact for disability related enquiries, providing first-line support to students. This will include offering guidance on the Disabled Students’ Allowance (DSA), arranging assessments for Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLDs), and coordinating 1:1 study skills sessions. About you:

- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality, empathy, and professionalism
- Strong organisational, administrative, and IT skills
- Proven ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload
- Experience in a customer-focused environment
- An understanding of the challenges faced by disabled students (desirable)
