- Own and deliver seasonal product ranges from concept through to delivery
- Develop and execute category strategies aligned to brand and commercial goals
- Identify trends and translate them into commercially successful product
- Manage supplier relationships, including cost negotiation and production timelines
- Oversee sampling, fit, and product approvals to ensure quality standards
- Drive in-season trading performance through range optimisation and repeat strategies
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Planning, Design, and Marketing teams
REQUIREMENTS +
- 5+ years’ experience in a Buyer or Senior Buyer role within fashion retail
- Strong commercial acumen and proven product success
- Experience working with offshore suppliers and negotiating cost prices
- Ability to build and trade successful ranges in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Passion for fashion and understanding of trends and customer behaviour
