General Surgeon
Location: Munster, IN
Compensation: $425,000 – $450,000 per year
Schedule: Full-time | Monday – Friday | Flexible schedule | 1:5 call rotation
Relocation Assistance Available Must-Haves (Required Qualifications):

• Board Certified in General Surgery or Board Eligible with a clear path to certification
• Eligible for or currently holds an unrestricted Indiana Medical License
• CSR/DEA registration (or eligibility)
• Proven experience in general surgical procedures, including laparoscopic and minimally invasive techniques
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
• Proficiency with EMR systems (EPIC preferred)

• Provide comprehensive diagnostic and surgical care in both outpatient and hospital settings
• Perform laparoscopic and open procedures (gallbladder, appendix, colon, hernias, and related conditions)
• Manage a surgical caseload of approximately 15 clinic patients per day
• Participate in a 1:5 call rotation
• Coordinate perioperative care and long-term follow-up, including complex and oncologic cases
• Collaborate closely with oncology, gastroenterology, and primary care teams to ensure integrated patient care
