Schedule: Full-time | Monday – Friday | Flexible schedule | 1:5 call rotation

Relocation Assistance Available Must-Haves (Required Qualifications):
- Board Certified in General Surgery or Board Eligible with a clear path to certification
- Eligible for or currently holds an unrestricted Indiana Medical License
- CSR/DEA registration (or eligibility)
- Proven experience in general surgical procedures, including laparoscopic and minimally invasive techniques
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
- Proficiency with EMR systems (EPIC preferred)

- Provide comprehensive diagnostic and surgical care in both outpatient and hospital settings
- Perform laparoscopic and open procedures (gallbladder, appendix, colon, hernias, and related conditions)
- Manage a surgical caseload of approximately 15 clinic patients per day
- Participate in a 1:5 call rotation
- Coordinate perioperative care and long-term follow-up, including complex and oncologic cases
- Collaborate closely with oncology, gastroenterology, and primary care teams to ensure integrated patient care
