Business Analyst

Job Title: Business AnalystJob Description:We are looking for a motivated and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and helping organizations make data-driven decisions to achieve business goals.Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Identify business challenges and recommend effective solutions
• Analyze data, workflows, and operational processes to improve efficiency
• Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation
• Collaborate with technical teams, management, and clients
• Support project planning, implementation, and testing activities
• Monitor project progress and ensure requirements are met
• Assist in process optimization and strategic planning initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, IT, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good knowledge of business analysis tools and methodologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools
• Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is an advantage
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies
• Knowledge of project management concepts
• Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA, or similar) is a plus

Pay: £48,000.00-£55,000.00 per yearBenefits:
