FULL-TIME (TUESDAY – SATURDAY)
Starting Salary of $107,000 per annum + salary packaging

PCYC is a vibrant community hub, providing young people with safe, inclusive and engaging programs that help build confidence and skills. safeSPACE™ is PCYC’s core diversionary program for young people aged 8-18. The program provides access to positive roles models and opportunities for young people to engage in recreational, cultural and developmental activities in a safe and supportive environment.

- Leading and supporting a team of youth workers and volunteers
- Designing and delivering creative, engaging and outcomes-driven programs
- Building partnerships with local schools, community organisations, and stakeholders.
- Fostering a positive, inclusive, and safe environment for young people.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who is passionate about youth program development, building your team, and community engagement.

We are looking for someone who has…
- Hands-on experience in youth work, community services, or a related field – you know how to connect, listen and make a difference.
- Relevant qualifications in Youth Work, Community Services, Psychology or a similar field is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- The ability to engage and collaborate with young people from all different backgrounds, families and community stakeholders
- A genuine commitment to creating safe, inclusive spaces for young people.
- A valid working with children check and national police clearance or willing to obtain one
- A valid driver’s license.
