We are seeking an experienced Senior Hairdresser to join our Warner location.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform high-end coloring, foiling, balayage, precision cutting, and stylingConduct thorough client consultations to deliver tailored hair solutionsMaintain a high standard of service, professionalism, and salon cleanlinessWork towards weekly service and retail sales targetsEnsure client retention and rebooking rate of 60% or higherParticipate in ongoing training and mentoring of junior stylistsRequirementsMinimum 1 years of experience as a professional hairdresser post certificationCertificate III in Hairdressing or international equivalentProven expertise in advanced coloring techniques, balayage, and blondesStrong ability to consult, educate, and build lasting client relationshipsAbility to rebook clients and upsell retail productsMust be willing to work full-time, including evenings and alternate SaturdaysA positive, motivated team player who strives for excellence in hairdressingWhat We OfferCompetitive salary with weekly performance bonusesOngoing training and career growth opportunitiesWork with Wella Professional and System Professional productsA supportive, professional team environmentSponsorship OpportunityThis role is open to both Australian citizens/permanent residents and overseas candidates requiring visa sponsorship.
