- Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations with a focus on quality and service excellence
- Coordinate and execute multiple functions and large events seamlessly
- Manage event planning from enquiry through to delivery
- Lead, roster, manage and train staff across both restaurant and event operations
- Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to achieve event success
- Maintain venue presentation, compliance, and safety standards
About You
- Minimum 3+ years' experience in hospitality management
- Proven ability to manage large scale events
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and people management abilities
- A passion for creating memorable guest experiences
- Availability to work weekends and evenings
- RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification is required
