FOH Supervisor

500 Degrees is a premium steakhouse group known for quality steaks, open-flame cooking, strong service standards, and a warm dining experience. With multiple locations across Sydney, we are continuing to grow and are looking for the right people to grow with us.We are currently looking for a Front of House Supervisor to join our Kogarah store. This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the floor, enjoys leading a team, and wants to take the next step in their hospitality career.For the right person, this position could be a strong pathway toward a future Store Manager role, with the possibility of a full-time opportunity as the business grows.About the RoleAs FOH Supervisor, you will support the management team in running smooth daily service, leading the front-of-house team, and making sure every guest receives the 500 Degrees experience.You will be hands-on during service, helping with guest seating, table management, staff direction, upselling, handling guest feedback, and keeping the restaurant organised and professional.Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the FOH team during service
• Ensure guests are welcomed, seated, and looked after with care
• Maintain high standards of service, presentation, and cleanliness
• Assist with staff training, coaching, and daily communication
• Support reservations, table flow, and guest experience
• Handle guest feedback professionally and calmly
• Work closely with kitchen and management to keep service smooth
• Help create a positive and energetic team culture

About You

• Previous restaurant FOH experience is required
• Supervisor or senior waiter experience is highly preferred
• Confident communicating with guests and team members
• Reliable, organised, and hands-on
• Able to stay calm and professional during busy service
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Looking for long-term growth within a hospitality group
