• Prepare and cook Mediterranean dishes to a high standard.
• Manage kitchen operations and food prep during busy service.
• Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist with menu planning and inventory management.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of commercial kitchen experience.
• Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Mediterranean cooking techniques.
• Ability to work a rotating roster (including weekends and evenings).
