This is a pivotal role overseeing our data strategy, ensuring the seamless integration and utilization of data across the organization. You will be responsible for driving data initiatives, developing and promoting a data-driven culture, and managing a talented team of data professionals. You must be passionate about data, discovery, optimization problems, hypothesis testing and R&D, and have a proven track record in internet marketing, OLAP, statistics, machine learning, and SQL.

Your profile Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the team consisting of Data Science, Business Intelligence, and Data Engineering roles.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy aligned with business goals.
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of data infrastructure, including OLAP systems and columnar databases like Redshift.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all platforms.
- Develop and maintain actionable KPIs for various marketing operations and billing systems.
- Utilize advanced statistical methods and machine learning techniques to drive insights and optimize marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Develop a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the data team.
- You hire new talents and build a team that focuses on delivering value.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data science, BI, and data engineering.
About You:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within data science, business intelligence, or data engineering.
- Expertise in internet marketing and performance marketing strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of OLAP, statistics, and machine learning.
- Proficient in SQL and experience with columnar databases such as Redshift.
- Practical knowledge and experience with Python, including its application in data analysis, machine learning, and data engineering and tools like Pandas, NumPy and SciPy.
- Experience with data visualization in JavaScript and HTML, including frameworks such as D3.js, Plotly.js.
- Proficiency in creating interactive visualizations and dashboards using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Strong people management skills with the ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics).
