• Travel to client locations across various regions to perform tailoring and alteration services
• Take precise measurements and assess clients’ clothing needs on-site
• Provide expert advice on fit, fabric choices, and garment adjustments
• Carry out alterations such as hemming, taking in or letting out seams, and fitting adjustments with precision
• Maintain a high standard of craftsmanship while working independently in diverse environments
• Manage scheduling appointments efficiently and communicate effectively with clients regarding service details
• Ensure all tools, equipment, and materials are transported securely and maintained in excellent condition
• Uphold professional appearance and behaviour at all times to represent the company positively

Skills

• Proven experience as a tailor or seamstress with strong technical skills in garment fitting and alterations
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple appointments independently
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and understand their specific requirements
• Flexibility to travel frequently within designated regions and adapt to varying work environments
• Good time management skills to ensure punctuality and efficient scheduling of appointments
• Ability to work accurately under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of different fabrics, tailoring techniques, and current fashion trends is desirable
• Valid driving licence is preferred for ease of travel between client locations
