Responsibilities
- Operate and set up CNC machines and conventional machinery to produce precision components.
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate manufacturing.
- Maintain and calibrate equipment regularly to uphold quality standards.
- Collaborate with engineers and our production team to optimize machining processes.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Troubleshoot machine issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Document machining activities accurately for quality control.
- Assist in training junior team members as needed.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and proficiency with CNC programming.
- Skilled in operating turning, milling, and other related machinery.
- Familiarity with CAD software.
- Ability to read technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work within a team.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in machining or engineering preferred.
