Lead Educator

We are looking for passionate and reliable Educators and Lead Educators to join our team. In these roles, you will support children’s learning and development by contributing to engaging, age-appropriate educational programs based on the Early Years Learning Framework.You will build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues, while helping to maintain a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment. You will also be expected to follow the National Quality Standard and meet all relevant regulatory requirements.For Lead Educator roles, you will take responsibility for leading the room program, guiding daily routines, and supporting other educators to deliver consistent, high-quality practice. Essential Qualifications

• Minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
• Minimum of 1 year's experience in a childcare setting.
• Current WWCC, First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certification.
• Strong understandings of both the VEYLDF and NQS
