Job Description SEO Expert Relocate to Abu Dhabi (Visa support, relocation only begin after the situation stabilizes) Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure SEO requirements are incorporated into website development and releases
• Define clear SEO requirements, specifications, and acceptance criteria for technical and content initiatives
• Identify technical and content improvement opportunities across the site
• Design and run SEO experiments, define success metrics, implement rollbacks when needed, and share learnings with stakeholders
• Continuously monitor SEO performance, conduct competitive analysis, and identify growth opportunities
• Act as a liaison between central SEO and local/regional SEO teams, ensuring alignment and execution
• Collaborate with other marketing channels to deliver synergistic, cross-channel initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, including JavaScript rendering, indexing, crawling, and auditing
• Hands-on experience working with product and development teams in an agile environment
• Data-driven mindset with experience using dashboards, analytics, and reporting tools
• Sharp attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Experience working on international SEO and multi-market websites

Nice to Have

• Mandarin proficiency
• Advanced knowledge of Python
• Experience with SQL, Python, Apps Script, or similar data processing and automation tools
• Experience using AI tools in day-to-day SEO workflows
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and AI-assisted SEO use cases
• Exposure to LLM modeling or training
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and JavaScript rendering platforms
• Experience with Local SEO across SEA, MENA, LATAM, and European markets (Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, UK)
• Familiarity with compliance requirements in financial or fintech content
