You will be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality clinical services under NHS Wales
- Leading and supporting the pharmacy team
- Ensuring safe and efficient dispensing and SOP compliance
- Building strong patient relationships and supporting continuity of care
- Supporting service growth, audits, and quality improvement activities
- Participating in local public-health initiatives and community outreach

Who We’re Looking For
- GPhC-registered Pharmacist (newly qualified welcome)
- Strong clinical judgement and excellent communication skills
- Passion for community pharmacy and local patient care
- Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to delivering NHS Wales services to the highest standards
- Ability to bring ideas, energy, and a positive mindset to a growing independent business
