You will be responsible for:

• Providing high-quality clinical services under NHS Wales

• Leading and supporting the pharmacy team

• Ensuring safe and efficient dispensing and SOP compliance

• Building strong patient relationships and supporting continuity of care

• Supporting service growth, audits, and quality improvement activities

• Participating in local public-health initiatives and community outreach

Who We’re Looking For

• GPhC-registered Pharmacist (newly qualified welcome)

• Strong clinical judgement and excellent communication skills

• Passion for community pharmacy and local patient care

• Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

• Commitment to delivering NHS Wales services to the highest standards

• Ability to bring ideas, energy, and a positive mindset to a growing independent business
